      Recipient rec'd as show of sympathy for passing of a parent. Hours after I placed the order, she announced she had to fly abroad due to the death of an in-law. H&D Customer service worked with me to change the delivery date.
      AND
      The recipient raved about the variety of items AND the quality---"the oranges were delicious, we tucked the snack bars into our lunches for work and we used the jam as part of Sunday breakfast".
