Pears were divine... wouldn't expect anything less from H&D. Apples were good too if you like apples. :-)
The salmon was okay... lots of excess liquid in the package after opening. The cheese as ho-hum. The crackers were on the thick side. The chocolates were okay... they seem so use better chocolate on the moose-munch.
All-and-all, it served it's purpose as a mid-day Christmas Eve snack tray, but I may just stick with the pears.

Only one pear was crisp and without bruises or breaks in the skin. The smoked salmon was inedible, in a pool of brine that poured out when I opened it. It didn't smell smoked, but just a salmon fishy odor (and I know my smoked salmon - never had any like this.)
Other items were good. The gallettes were buttery. Apples were nice.
Overall, it looked beautiful, but most has been thrown out. It was a waste of money.
