Purchased as a gift for a family member. This is the third or fourth year that I have sent Harry and David. The gifts have always gotten top notch reviews. This year, the variety was great, but, "the pears were completely flavorless. Usually they are wonderful, not sure if they had a bad season this year."

Had a bit of a delivery snafu and sent and email to inquire. Within a very short period of time I received an email response with full shipping refund and an offer to write a letter to the recipient to apologize. Amazing response and customer service. The recipient said their gift was wonderful also!

I bought 9 Harry & David gifts this Christmas.

7 deliveries were okay.
In 1 the fruits were getting bad
In 1 to an 84 year old coupon and they had to pick up the gift - which should have been re-delivered.

I was promised that the one that had bad fruits will get substitute fruits.

I cannot rate till I hear from the recipient.

The pears are very special and really enjoy them. The Moose Munch is really "munchie."
The delivery(ies) were made on time as promised.
Not only did I send Harry & David products to 6 families this year but I also received two Harry & David products from others (and different baskets)........can't beat that.

Just wish I could have sent a basket with wine into South Carolina.
